We are seeking a scientist to join our growing R&D in vivo Pharmacology team. You will be responsible to manage activities performed at CRO’s and to develop and run PK and PD based assays in the internal lab. You are a creative, result-oriented and organized person who thrives in a highly dynamic environment that characterizes a biotech start-up. You will be interacting with people across the whole organization and contribute to the daily maintenance and operations of our research facilities.
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Set up, plan, and manage activities at CRO around preclinical in vivo models. Ensure relevant materials and methods are available at CRO or internally for the in vivo models.
- Establish study design and rationale, analyze experimental data, maintain experimental results in relevant databases.
- Establish relevant PK and PD methods for the investigation of BiCE molecules.
- Prepare, review and complete experimental reports for internal work. Review and finalize reports from CRO.
- Collaborate within and across teams such as protein production, cell assay and in vivo team.
